We offer various bookkeeping and accounting packages contingent on the needs of your business.

Basic accounting services: Starting at $350* per month and includes: Quarterly Bookkeeping Services, Annual Report Renewal and Email support only. Payroll available for an additional $175 per month for up to 5 employees. See chart below for pricing.

Pro accounting services: Starting at $600* per month and includes: Monthly Bookkeeping Services, Annual Report Renewal, Unlimited Phone & Email Support, Free Quickbooks Online Subscription. Payroll available for an additional $175 additional per month for up to 10 employees. See chart below for pricing.

Elite accounting services: Starting at $850* per month and includes: Monthly Bookkeeping Services, Business Tax Preparation, Personal Tax Preparation, Unlimited Phone, Email Support, Monthly business strategy session with CPA (in office or virtually as preferred), Free Quickbooks Online Subscription, Tax Planning Services, Estimated Tax Payments, Annual Corporation Renewal. Payroll included for up to 10 employees. Includes 25% discount on all additional services needed for all Elite members. See chart below for pricing.

**Backwork billed separately at Basic monthly package based on annual revenue multiplied by number of months required to get the accounting up-to-date. Tax returns billed at $1,200 for business with annual revenue of $400K or less; $1,500 for revenue $400k to $1M. $1M and over will be a custom quote.

All other services, to include Worker's Comp Audits, Bank Comfort Letters, Prepared Financial Statement engagements, Compilation Reports, etc. are billed at an hourly rate of $250 per hour.

We can process your payroll weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly or monthly. The rates vary based on the number of employees, frequency of reporting, and whether you need hard checks or direct deposit for your employees. 

Business Strategy Consults
$500 per one hour session consult per company

Now that you've started your business, we'll help you understand what's need to stay compliant with the state and federal government, and help get you off to the right start. We discuss things like how to protect your business and how to ensure you have the right measures in place for your business to be successful.  We do our very best to answer those business questions that are keeping you up at night! This is a great consult for both new and existing businesses.

Audits - Reviews - Compilations

We'll help you understand each report's unique strengths and weaknesses. Prices vary based on size of company, number of transactions, and condition of your company's books. Audits are generally the most expensive ($5,000 and up) because they provide the highest level of assurance. Most companies find that a Review or Compiliation are sufficient and pay less. Each situation is unique. Please call for details.

Non-Profit Organizations

Starting at $1,500 plus IRS and state filing fees
We can help you setup your non-profit by filing the necessary paperwork to gain 501 (3)(C) status or incorporating your non-profit or church. We help you keep your non-profit status by ensuring you file the necessary tax returns each year, in addition to keeping your books clean. Prices vary based on services required. Call for details!

1120S (S-Corporate Tax Return)- Starting at $1,550 per return*

1120 -(C-Corporate Tax Return)  Starting at $1,900 per return*

1065- (Partnership Tax Return) Starting at $2,250 per return*

990 (Nonprofit Tax Return) Starting at $850 per return*

*Prices vary depending on complexity and sub schedules required in the tax returns. If bookkeeping is also required, it is billable at the $125 hourly rate.
